COCOON LULLABY
A Spatial Poetry: Butoh performance inside an immersing video installation.
Cocoon Lullaby is our most special project. We conceived this performance for our daughter while she was inside the womb. It’s a metaphor of life, of her dreams there. Kela realizes a butoh performance while being surrounded by the screens, like the baby is in the interior world of the womb. It’s a family act, and so it transmits a wonderful energy.
